Frequently asked questions
How do I buy?
Message us on Discord or Telegram, or open a purchase request under Support in your panel, and tell us which plan you want. Our bank transfer details are shown in the purchase request and in our Telegram bot; send us the receipt and we set up your slot. There is no card payment form on this site.
Is my game account safe?
The helper plays like a person: every account on its own device, random timing and rest hours. If the game notices automation, it lowers the account’s conduct score; with our new account protection and device system, that does not happen on more than 99% of accounts. You can see your account’s conduct score in your panel at any time. The details are in the Terms of Service.
Do you need my game password?
Not necessarily. With the code sign-in you never share your password: Lilith e-mails you a code and you type it on the panel. If you prefer the password sign-in, it is typed into the game once and deleted right away — we never store it. The signed-in session stays on our server — that is what lets the helper keep playing.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Everything runs on our servers. Open the panel only when you want to check in or change something.
What exactly is a slot?
One device running one game account, with its own plan (Solo, Leader or both), settings, schedule and live screen. More accounts, more slots.
Can I play on my phone at the same time?
Rise of Kingdoms allows one active session per account, so playing on your phone interrupts the helper. Stop it while you play, or use the smart scheduler to keep some hours for yourself.
What happens when my period ends?
The helper stops and the slot is suspended. Your settings are kept for a few days; extend on Discord, Telegram or Support within that time and press Start to carry on with the same settings.
Which languages does the panel speak?
You can use the whole system in English, Turkish, Russian, Spanish and Vietnamese. More languages are coming soon.
What does the smart scheduler do?
You choose the hours the helper plays, day by day. It starts and stops by itself, can add a little random variation to its times and can load a different profile for each time window. If you start or stop it by hand, it leaves that alone until the next window. Keep the hours you want to play yourself free.
Does the system run smoothly, without problems?
Yes. Each slot runs on its own device on our servers. If the game closes or loses its connection, the helper opens it again and carries on where it left off. You can follow every step in the panel.
Can I see what the helper is doing?
Yes. The event log shows every step as it happens — gathering, alliance help, rewards and more — and the live screen lets you watch the game itself a few times an hour (watch only).
Is there a phone app?
There is nothing to download: add the panel to your phone’s home screen and it opens full screen like an app, on iPhone and Android. On Android the panel shows you an Install button; on iPhone, tap Share in Safari, then “Add to Home Screen”.
